With over 30 years of combined industry experience, Directors Chris and Pat have led and managed services for some of the largest providers in the sector. Their extensive knowledge and hands-on experience have equipped them with deep insights into the needs and challenges faced by individuals with disabilities, as well as the gaps within traditional service delivery models. Driven by a desire to provide a more personalised and individual-focused approach, Chris and Pat, together with key industry stakeholders, established Clear Sky Australia Pty Ltd (CSA) – a boutique disability service provider committed to putting people at the heart of everything they do.

At CSA, we specialise in delivering person-centred, inclusive support to individuals with disabilities across the Newcastle and Hunter Region. Our focus is on understanding the unique needs, goals, and aspirations of each individual, and tailoring our services to empower them to live as independently and meaningfully as possible. Whether it’s helping someone transition to a more independent living arrangement or supporting them in becoming more engaged within their community, our approach is always customised, respectful, and proactive.

Our core services include NDIS-funded Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Community Participation Services, both designed to promote autonomy and active community involvement. SIL services provide a safe, supportive environment for individuals to live independently while receiving the daily assistance they need. Community Participation Services are geared towards helping individuals connect with and engage in activities and networks within their local community, promoting social inclusion and personal growth.

In addition to our core services, CSA also offers a range of supports aimed at further enhancing our clients’ skills and confidence. These include life transition planning, where we assist individuals in navigating major life changes such as moving into independent living or entering the workforce; mentoring and peer support to provide guidance, encouragement, and emotional support; and individual skill development and training, offered in both group and one-on-one settings. Our skill-building programs are designed to promote personal growth and practical independence, helping individuals thrive in both everyday and long-term pursuits.
